Types of Yoga

These are many types of yoga, all yoga is for opening and purifying the nervous system and this process is in built into the nervous system, all these methods work well either alone or synergistically to accomplish the aims of yoga:

1. breathing yoga- open channels, alkalize body, activate lymphatics, modulate hormones.
2. chanting/singing yoga- similar benefits
3. stretching yoga
4. meditation yoga
5. self enquiry yoga
6. fire yoga
7. hot/cold water yoga
8. medicines yoga
9. mudra yoga

Important points for the name change process

I have developed this method to streamline the process so that is easier for the client and myself.
Here are the important points to keep in mind when changing your name:
1. the first name is by far the biggest influence upon a person, and it is the FIRST NAME which has to be in balance with the BIRTHPATH.
Therefore, the first thing that I do is to assess the first name and the most important step is to change the FIRST NAME to one which is BALANCED for the particular person.
2. The next most important influence on the person is the TOTAL NAME vibration, that is the name and surname together. This influences the DESTINY. So my next goal is to give the person a total name vibration which brings inner and outer success and happiness.
 
3. The client tells me whether they only want to change their first name or whether they also want to change their surname also. This helps to speed up the consultation process.
4. The AESTHETIC values of a name such as the MEANING of a name are not important at all in YANTRA YOGA so please do not get hung up on that factor. We are ONLY interested in the MATHEMATICAL VIBRATION of the name which gives its true underlying influence on the person.
5. Since each person is unique, there is no name that is ideal for every single person. Every person needs a unique name to match their unique nature. One name that is perfect for one person, might be terrible for another person, it all depends upon the harmony between the name and the person's inner and outer nature.
6. I do my best to keep any names a person has if possible or tweak the spelling if it is possible and only recommend a name change if it INDICATED.

The Birth Path number is your key to happiness

The Birth path number is the most important number in Yantra Yoga and is calculated by adding all the numbers in your full birth date. The birthpath is the master key to fulfillment as it describes your PURPOSE in life, who you SHOULD be. The birthpath describes your TRUE SELF. 

The first step to happiness and fulfillment is to understand your self. This is done by knowing your birthpath and then reading the characteristics of your birthpath. This will give you a sense of who you truly are and you will be able to identify these characteristics within yourself and then trust them. 


The second step is to work on BEING yourself. This is done by making the choice to accept the qualities within yourself as described by your birthpath fully, so that you can embody them. The third step is to reveal yourself. You must be willing to embody and express your true self.  

It is possible to activate your birthpath potential without having a balanced name though much harder and quite rare as most people are so caught up in other influences rather than accessing their inner voice and trusting it.  

You sometimes see older people starting to embody their birthpath characteristics, despite the NAME. Yet having a balanced name is a GREAT AID to BEING and EXPRESSING your birthpath. It makes the process effortless and facilitates it greatly.

Relationship compatibility using yantra Yoga

It is of vital importance that when going into any new relationship, especially an intimate relationship that we know what we are getting into. 

Often, the beginning stage of a relationship, known as the honeymoon stage, i very blissful, and we do not really see things clearly. We tend to only see the good aspects of our partner. And Usually our partner is being on their best behaviour! They are not revealing their true personalities yet at this stage. This stage last 6 months to 1 year. 

Yantra yoga helps with this by offering a simple method to analyze your relationship compatibility. It will definitely help you and save you form a lot of heart ache and pain. 

Method:

Step1: Calculate your relationship number by reducing your BIRTHDAY to a single digit

example:  25th june. You take 2 + 5  =  7. This person has a relationship number of 7 and she is a water person. 

Step 2: Analyze and compare your relationship number to taht of the other person

Findings:

Water people tend to be stoic and a bit self reliant and independent. 

Fire people and fiery and strong willed

Air people are gentle and placid. 

ANALYSIS:

BEST: to be with someone in your own group. Ie a water person should be with a water person.

IF not in same group: Then understand that you and your partner have different communication methods. try and understand and appreciate your differences. Work with them rather that against them.

What is your purpose?

Many people struggle to achieve their purpose, but in yantra yoga, we have a very unique definition of purpose. It is:

To BE who you SHOULD be.

When you KNOW you who SHOULD be and you are able to EXPRESS who you are, then that is all that you need to do in order to be living in your PURPOSE. 


In yantra yoga, the BIRTH PATH number indicates who you SHOULD be. 

Using yantra yoga, it is possible to live with a deep SENSE of purpose 24/7 by aligning your self with your birth path number. 

This is achieved simply and easily by changing your name to a name harmonized exactly to your birth path. 

According to yantra yoga, once you take on a new balanced name, you are now fully on the path to MOKSHA or spiritual liberation. 

What is MOKSHA? It is simply living a life aligned continually to your deepest purpose.

3 steps to happiness

Happiness is really something that starts within. 

Three things are needed for inner happiness:

Step 1. Understand yourself

You have to understand who you are, or at least who you SHOULD be. This is achieved, by knowing your birth path, and then understanding the qualities and characteristic of your birth path and also current minor period. (There are other posts on this blog which explain this in more depth).

When you understand yourself, then that leads to the next step.

Step 2. Accept yourself

When you understand yourself using step 1, then you will be able to accept whop you are, without trying to change it as that is who you were meant to be. You will stop comparing yourself to others and simply be at PEACE with you you are. This brings great peace and contentment. Just knowing you you are meant to be, and then and then letting that be okay!

Step 3. Express Yourself

Once you have understood yourself and then accepted yourself, that is all that is needed for inner happiness, but for total fulfillment, one mus then express one's self in the world. That means not hiding who you really are, but expressing your natural qualities openly, so that their is coherence between what you present to the outside world, and what you are inside.  

Conclusion:

These there steps are essential to anyone seeking happiness. 

Anyone can step into their birth path at any moment, when they DECIDE to do so! That is crucial. You have to make a decision to be who you SHOULD be as revealed by your birth path. 

Once you do that, then you will be able to go through the steps as delineated above. 

Now I will explain where the name comes in. The name forms the MIND tendencies of the person. The name gives FORM in the form of mental tendencies. 

If the name is in alignment with the birth path and in harmony with it, then the steps delineated above, will be much easier and effortless. 

If the name is contrary or out of harmony with the birth path, then the above steps take much more effort.
