Know thyself! And be at peace!

Know thyself is the age old dictum attributed the Pythagoras, it is no coincidence that Pythagoras was a numerologist and taught numerology to his students at his academy as an advanced study after the student had learned mathematics.

Many people contact me to ask me what to expect when their name gets balanced.

Most people do not know what to expect and sometimes have the wrong expectations.

In yantra yoga, the goal is self realization. Once that is achieved, then everything else you need will come as a natural result.

This is achieved by harmonizing your name in a precise way to one's birth date, so that the inner and outer nature of a person is aligned with their birth path.

The birth path reveals the person's PURPOSE.

All we want to do is align a person with his or her purpose! And then maintain that connection.

So here is what to expect when your name gets balanced:

You will know yourself and be at peace with yourself!

See, when you know yourself and you are at peace with who you are, then your life will change in the most wonderful way.

You will still go through challenges just like everyone else, make no mistake.

There is no way to avoid that, but you will know yourself and be at peace with yourself, and this makes a world of difference.

You will still have to deal with difficult people and frustrating situations.

But you will have an inner compass which will allow you to have to confidence to make the best choices for yourself.

A tremendous amount of stress is caused within a person by a sense of conflict between warring aspects within your own self,

between one's purpose and one's inner tendencies.

What yantra yoga does is to balance the mind so that there is harmony within and one is in harmony with one's purpose.

This bring a great contentment and fulfillment.

It is quite simple,

but simply being at peace within one's self, although it sounds simple,

is actually the key to happiness.

This is achieved by knowing one's self and being at peace with one's self.

I know this is quite an abstract idea, but I think you understand what I am getting at.
